Absolutely LOVED March's Mail club. This is the first one I've signed up to and so happy to have changed to the monthly subscription. Honestly the thought process that has gone into every item in here just shows the love that Xoe and Yukiy have put into this. So many nostalgic moments reminiscing about childhood, checking out the collector cards and also how sweet it is having Yukiy's addition of the recipe card! And the post card, loved it! Thank you, I honestly am so excited to see what April brings!! 😁 Now I'm off to try out the Strawberry Latte!
Did not receive the mail despite many email update notifications from 5 August onwards. Emails to Xoe, Admin or on the website itself bounces (address couldn't be found/unable to receive email). AND YET, "we would love your feedback and more upcoming month news" arrives to my inbox continually! WELL team, my feedback is that it is VERY POOR! I'm sure you're a legitimate company, but this sure feels like a scam all over. IF you want to look up my purchase instead of deleting this poor review, please feel free todo so. My purchase #5685 paid 5th August 2026. Today is 10 October 2026.

Hi Riana, as noted in our emails, we let every customer know the delivery window upfront. Looking back at our records, you reached out saying you were 'so disappointed' just 14 days after your letter was sent — well within that window. We're sorry it didn't arrive as quickly as you'd hoped, and even though it was still on track, we went ahead and issued a full refund.
